Last Monday by winning the derby with AC Milan, Inter had mathematically clinched the 2023-24 Serie A Champions League title. Yesterday, after beating Torino, the team began the official celebrations: first on the San Siro field with choruses and banners, then with the long 8-kilometer bus ride to Piazza del Duomo, where thousands of fans waited for hours for the arrival of Inzaghi's boys. The team struggled to arrive at the city's iconic site aboard two coaches. Choruses, banners and loud music celebrated Scudetto number 20. About two hours behind schedule, around 11 p.m. Inter then arrived at the final leg of its journey around the city: lights, flags, smoke bombs and more chants in Piazza Duomo.
