In the coming years, public administration will be one of the sectors most affected by the adoption of Artificial Intelligence systems, but today, according to a survey by Barometro PA, almost one in two citizens are not very confident about the actual impact: 26% think that AI is a technology like any other, predicting that it will have a limited impact on the functioning of PA, and 20% are openly critical, believing that PA is not ready to handle this revolution. Only 24% believe that AI will have a major impact, helping to strengthen public administrations. Above all, a significant 30% of Italians are reported to have no opinion, highlighting uncertainty or lack of knowledge about the topic.
