A 33-year-old American base jumper died after jumping from the Forcellino wall in Abbadia Lariana, near Lecco, at a height of 1,280 meters. The wingsuit's sail would not have opened for the young man. His body was discovered in the woods below the launch area. The man traveled with a group of 4-5 people, most likely friends, to make the flight.
