The facts stretch back to 2019, when a 39-year-old discreetly photographed two female referees in their locker area after an amateur football match. And immediately after, he would have posted the image in the chat room of an amateur sports association. The shot would show one of the two in underpants and the other wearing only a T-shirt. He received a six-month prison sentence for unlawful distribution of photographic material. The women themselves submitted the complaint after they became aware of the photo and the disclosure on the chat. The man will also have to pay the victims two thousand euros each. The women had made a civil claim. The prosecution, Natascia Troiano, had requested a nine-month prison sentence for the 39-year-old.
