School violence shows no sign of abating: it has only taken two weeks or so of classes to record the first cases of physical or verbal aggression between students or toward teachers. More than 1 in 10 pupils report having already witnessed it. Reporting this is a survey by Skuola.net, carried out by surveying 2,800 middle and high school students, precisely those at the center of the regulations just approved by Parliament to combat the phenomenon. The latter also points out how - an even more alarming fact - in half of the cases among the victims of aggression are teachers: 6% of respondents - out of the total 13% who talk about school violence - say that the target of the bullies was a teacher.
