The Italian Navy's Libra ship has landed in the Albanian port of Shengjin with 16 migrants on board, including 10 from Bangladesh and 6 from Egypt. They are the first migrants who will be housed in the recently built Italian facilities in Albania. A hotspot from Italy has been set up near the port, where the migrants will undergo health checks and identification procedures. Later the same day, they will be transferred to the Gjader reception camp, located a few dozen kilometers from the port.
