Riva del Garda is celebrating the SuperEnalotto: a “6” jackpot worth €89.2 million was hit in the city, located in the province of Trento. The winning ticket, costing just €3, was purchased at a store called "Fortuna”, not far from the shores of Lake Garda. The winning numbers were 1, 23, 44, 45, 47, and 60. This is the second major win of 2024, after the €101.5 million jackpot hit in Naples in May, also with a ticket costing just a few euros, merely two in that case. Italy’s most popularlottery has awarded a total of 116 jackpots since its inception. The Riva win also breaks a small streak, as Trentino was one of the three regions in Italy (along with Valle d’Aosta and Molise) that had never hit a “6” in more than 25 years of the game’s history. The highest superenalotto jackpot ever remains the one in 2023, when €371 million was won. In the ranking of regions with the most wins, Campania is in first placewith 19 winning combinations, followed by Lazio with 16. Behind themare Emilia-Romagna with 13, and finally Veneto and Puglia with 10 each.
