A victory destined to go down in history, the result of an extraordinary performance: Max Verstappen won his 62nd career Grand Prix in Brazil, delivering one of his most memorable races. The Dutchman, a true master in wet driving, climbed from 17th position to victory, dominating a chaotic race and even securing the extra point for the fastest lap. His lead over Norris, who finished only sixth, rises to 62 points, with three races still to go (Las Vegas, Qatar and Abu Dhabi). Surprisingly, the podium was completed by the two Alpine cars, protagonists of an excellent race: Esteban Ocon took second place, while Pierre Gasly finished third. George Russell finished fourth with a good run, followed by the Ferrari of Charles Leclerc, the only one of the stable to see the finish line after Carlos Sainz's retirement, who ended up against the barriers. Verstappen thus returned to success after a 10-Grand Prix fast. For Ferrari, on the other hand, a bitter result: at Interlagos, the Scuderia aimed to overtake McLaren in the Constructors' standings, but lost ground, albeit by a small margin, with a gap that now amounts to 36 points to the British team.
