A 45-year-old elementary school teacher was arrested in flagrante by Milan Local Police officers for child sexual assault at a public school in the Lombard capital. The officers intervened after installing hidden cameras in the school: having viewed the images, they took the teacher out of the school and arrested him. In recent days some parents, alarmed by their daughters' words about suspicious behavior on the part of the teacher, had approached the school principal: the report was then triggered, with the subsequent intervention of the Police officers. At least two little girls were victims of the man's abuse, according to the local Police investigation. One of the little girls had told her parents at Christmas that she had been molested by the teacher in 2023, in an area of the school that was being renovated at the time. The child had then been heard in a protected hearing by investigators, who then proceeded to install cameras and bugs in the classroom and in a storage room at the school. On Monday, investigators then witnessed live classroom molestation of another child. As soon as they began, a female local Police officer entered the classroom and invited the teacher to leave. After the arrest, a school leader intervened, who ushered the child out of the classroom and asked her if the teacher had put anything in her pocket, as seen in the images: the little girl then showed a chocolate. The teacher had 38 in a drawer of the teacher's desk. After the arrest, investigators seized, in the teacher's home, the PC and other electronic devices, which will now be analyzed. There were also some papers torn from the diary of the last molested pupil, with some sentences of affection towards the teacher and a passport photo of the child.
