Italian volleyball players are Olympic champions and win everything in Europe even with clubs. In the Champions League of women's volleyball, the one to celebrate is Imoco Conegliano, which in the very final overcame Savino Del Bene Scandicci 3-0 (25-16, 25-21, 25-19), proving without fear of contradiction that it is the team of the last decade. From 2016 to date, Imoco Conegliano has won 8 league titles, 3 Champions Leagues and as many World Cups for clubs. Not bad for a club born only in 2012 on the ashes of the previous reality of Conegliano. The team was very good, although the soul of the group, here as in the national team, is Monica "Moki" Di Gennaro, the only one who has put her hands on all the trophies won to date by the Trevigiane. And despite being 38 years old, at least for the moment, she does not intend to give up. The tricolor triumph was completed by Numia VeroVolley Milano, which finished in third place by defeating VakifBank Istanbul 3-1 (25-15, 25-19, 23-25, 25-18).
