He was under house arrest with a total ban on communicating with people other than his cohabiting family members, but he still decided to celebrate his birthday with some friends. The protagonist was a 29-year-old man from Guidonia Montecelio (Rome), who ended up in jail for violating the restrictions imposed by the precautionary measure. It was a neighbor who reported disturbing noises coming from the apartment via the State Police's YouPol app. When officers from the Tivoli police station arrived on the scene, they found four guests still seated at the table and two others attempting to leave the premises. Some also allegedly resisted intervention. The young man tried to justify himself by saying that it was a surprise party organized by his friends, but the violation of the prescriptions cost dearly: the gates of prison opened for him, on the order of the judicial authority. The man was under house arrest for crimes of aggravated robbery and drug trafficking.
