An investigation by Pambianco News magazine reveals how just about everywhere Italian fashion is now consolidating a role that once belonged to the great Renaissance families, namely that of the patron. Not only prints on clothes that borrow iconic works of art or catwalks set up in museums with an international scope - here the names of fashion brands to mention would be many - but also a systematic, economic and cultural commitment to support and finance art-related events. Confirmation comes from Bulgari and Zegna, which in recent hours have announced new projects to support contemporary art (only three weeks ago it was Gucci's turn). The former, by becoming an exclusive partner of the Venice Biennale's International Art Exhibition for the 2026, 2028 and 2030 editions; the latter, by launching a global collaboration with Art Basel, reinforcing a commitment rooted in generations.
