The platform, which can be visited at osservatorioartecontemporanea.com, consists of interviews with curators and museum directors, artists, gallery owners, and experts in the field, and will provide information on exhibitions of Italian artists abroad, analysis of their presence in international museum collections and presence on the market, in major international galleries and auctions. Core asset of the site is a new database on the international careers of Italian artists born after 1960, which to date has 100 artists and is set to grow over time. From a technological point of view, the observatory introduces an absolute innovation: the use of an advanced Artificial Intelligence system, which combines data research with linguistic processing capabilities that allows for fast, accurate answers based on the most up-to-date information available. Thanks to a multidisciplinary approach and prominent partnerships, the platform not only offers advanced tools for the visibility of Italian artists abroad, but also aims to strengthen Italy's position in the global art system.
