A legislative proposal aimed at "enhancing human fraternity in the workplace". It was put forward by the Italian National Council for Economics and Labor (CNEL) to "encourage the consolidation of initiatives within the workplace that are designed to concretely implement the value of fraternity, encourage work-life balance, corporate welfare, and worker participation in business management, as well as promote the adoption and compliance with the rules and procedures of codes of ethics and conduct consistent with the constitution".
