The newly established US entity will be overseen by Valerio Molinari, the group's president and majority shareholder. The board will also include Tommaso and Camilla Molinari, general manager Pietro Torchi, Canadian associate Fernando Tito, and Roberta Marcenaro, who plays a critical role in the company's entry into the US market. The operational plan calls for the formation of a North American holding company by 2026, which will coordinate activities between the United States and Canada and serve as a platform for joint investments, including collaboration with institutional and industrial entities. In the following weeks, an operational roadshow will start in Washington, New York, Boston, and Toronto, with targeted meetings with federal authorities, concessionaires, infrastructure funds, and industry players.
