The Ecogest Group, an Italian leader in the environmental maintenance of roads and highways, has established Ecogest USA, positioning itself as a strategic participant in the green transition of the North American infrastructure sector. The new company, which will have its operating headquarters in the United States, is a natural extension of the process that began in Canada in 2022 with Ecogest North America. Ecogest USA's entry into the US market is designed to replicate a successful operating model on a larger scale. The company's objective is to establish an autonomous and adaptable industrial infrastructure with a projected growth portfolio of $30 million. The newly established US entity will be overseen by Valerio Molinari, the group's president and majority shareholder. The board will also include Tommaso and Camilla Molinari, general manager Pietro Torchi, Canadian associate Fernando Tito, and Roberta Marcenaro, who plays a critical role in the company's entry into the US market. The operational plan calls for the formation of a North American holding company by 2026, which will coordinate activities between the United States and Canada and serve as a platform for joint investments, including collaboration with institutional and industrial entities. In the following weeks, an operational roadshow will start in Washington, New York, Boston, and Toronto, with targeted meetings with federal authorities, concessionaires, infrastructure funds, and industry players.
