Jacopo Venturini is no longer the CEO of Valentino. He left the fashion house to "take a break for personal reasons". According to sources close to the company, Alessandro Michele's job as creative director since March 2024 is not in jeopardy. Venturini's successor has yet to be announced, but "it will be communicated in due course", according to the design brand. Venturini was appointed CEO in June 2020. According to rumors, Riccardo Bellini, Mayhoola's managing director since January, could replace Venturini. The manager reports directly to the CEO of the Qatari company, Rachid Mohamed Rachid, and will be in charge of the brands' operations and strategy, which include Valentino, Balmain, and Pal Zileri. In 2024, Valentino's revenues totaled €1.31 billion, representing a 3% decline. In 2023, Kering acquired a 30% stake in Valentino for $1.7 billion, with a dedication to purchasing the remaining 70% by 2028.
