Giorgio Armani is once again clothing a football team. It’s Juventus, the Italian team holding the record for league titles. Armani will give the men's team a "formal wardrobe" to wear off the pitch. For the occasion, Juve has dusted off an old 1975 shirt for its internet platforms, with the number 75 on the back, the year Armani released his first collection. The designer has already dressed football teams in the past. He also faced criticism in his home country for creating the England national team's uniforms for the 2006 World Cup. Due to health issues, Armani has been forced in recent months to miss, for the first time, the major fashion shows in Milan and Paris. He announced his return in September. The designer spends much of his summer in Milan or at his property on the island of Pantelleria. His personal wealth is estimated at seven billion euros.
