Organizers accused her of violating Article 8 of the regulations, which states that any participant with "profiles on websites (such as OnlyFans) where the posting and sharing of adult, pornographic, or lewd content is permitted or practiced" will be disqualified. Vanessa instantly admitted to posing naked many times, explaining that the images were intended for personal use but were intercepted and shared online by a stalker. The entire situation now appears to be headed before a jury, not a Miss Italia jury, but a judicial court.
