In the fourth quarter alone, notarial deeds related to sales and transfers of real estate for consideration reached 284,812 units. This reflects an increase of 3.9% over the previous quarter. The mortgage industry is also improving, with 331,013 deals signed in 2024, representing a 7.2% rise. In the fourth quarter, the number of notarial agreements for mortgages, loans, and other obligations with a real estate mortgage increased by 5.9% from the previous quarter, totaling 98,608. The data reflect a climate of confidence among buyers and investors.
