Laura Pausini is ready for her big return. With more than 70 million records sold and 226 platinum certifications, the singer will release her new single, La mia storia tra le dita, on Friday, September 12. The song, a cover of Gianluca Grignani’s classic, is the lead track from her upcoming covers album Io canto 2 and will also precede her new world tour, Io canto World Tour 2026/2027. Like its predecessor Io canto (2006), the project celebrates great Italian hits and introduces them to international audiences. The tour—Pausini’s 11th global outing—will kick off in Spain on March 27, 2026, with dates in Pamplona, Tenerife, Barcelona, Valencia, and Madrid. It will then head to Latin America with stops in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. The U.S. leg will include Miami, Orlando, Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, and New York. Italy and Europe will follow in the fall, with arena shows, before the tour returns to Latin America—especially Brazil—in 2027.
