The announcement was made directly from the stage at the TIM Music Awards, an annual event that has gathered the most talented singers and bands from Italy and beyond since 2007: Il Volo will return on tour. The trio of pop tenors, Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto, and Gianluca Ginobile, who have already sold over 20 million albums worldwide, will return for five new performances in Italy's main arenas, all in December. The journey will begin in Milan on December 7, 2026, and will proceed through Florence on December 12, Rome on December 17, Turin on December 19, and Bologna on December 20. The concerts cap off an incredible year for the band, who also delivered an iconic live act on August 29 in the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, Sicily. In October, the three millennial opera singers will perform in major European capitals and Latin America, cementing their reputation as global ambassadors for Italian music.
