With a new episode of the Ducati World Première 2026, the Borgo Panigale company unveils the new Panigale V4 R, a model derived from Ducati’s seventh-generation sports bike. The new Panigale V4 R embodies all Ducati has accomplished in MotoGP and Superbike. It was designed to compete in the World Superbike Championship while also providing Ducati fans with the ultimate sports bike, with never-before-seen racing-derived content on a road-legal motorcycle. The Panigale V4 R's 998 cc Desmosedici Stradale R engine, which was originally developed for the World Superbike Championship, has been updated in accordance with Ducati Corse’s MotoGP philosophy. It delivers stronger torque and power curves across the entire rpm range, along with improved top-end performance. The power curve confirms a peak output of 218 hp, now delivered more consistently with an average gain of 4 hp from 4,000 rpm up to maximum power. At 16,000 rpm, an additional 4 hp ensures even greater top-end performance. The Ducati Panigale V4 R will be available in European dealerships from November 2025. Distribution in other countries, beginning with the United States, will start the following month.
