Poste Italiane and Leonardo have executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to create secure and innovative solutions for automated warehousing and sorting logistics services that are based on cloud computing and artificial intelligence technologies. Giuseppe Lasco, the General Manager of Poste Italiane, and Carlo Gualdaroni, the Co-General Manager of Leonardo, expressed their “utmost satisfaction with the agreement, hoping for a synergistic collaboration path that, thanks to Leonardo’s technologies, can make Poste Italiane’s services even more secure and advanced". The agreement covers the development of innovative logistics and infologistics solutions, Physical and Cyber security solutions for the protection of people, assets and platforms, as well as identifying cooperation areas in national and international strategic programs. Finally, the two organizations will work together to provide banking, insurance, and financial services to all employees and the enterprises within each other's Groups.
