The transfer of ownership of AC Monza is now official. Fininvest and Beckett Layne Ventures (BLV) have closed the sale of the Brianza-based club. The business founded by Brandon Berger will acquire an 80% share, with the remaining 20% transferred by June 2026. The deal gives the soccer team an enterprise value of around €45 million. Once regulatory approvals are finalized, BLV will assume control of Monza. Fininvest, which acquired the company in 2018, will provisionally maintain a minority stake. "We are embarking on a new phase of this thrilling challenge", stated Brandon Berger and Lauren Crampsie, partners at Beckett Layne Ventures. "We are fully aware of the responsibility that comes with the management of such a valuable asset as AC Monza". The new owners expressed gratitude to the Berlusconi family, the Fininvest Group, and Adriano Galliani, emphasizing their commitment to "integrity and dedication", with the goal of "returning the team to the stage it deserves as quickly as possible, enhancing its connection to the local area, and meeting the fans' ambitions".
