Facile.it, a prominent tech company that specializes in the brokerage of insurance and financial products, household utilities, long-term car rental services, and the primary household expenses, has announced the acquisition of Horizon Automotive Spa, Italy's foremost tech mobility company. Facile.it will be able to enhance its long-term rental offerings for private consumers and broaden its services to the B2B and corporate fleet sectors as a result of this transaction, for which the purchase price was not disclosed, according to a statement. Horizon Automotive, founded in 2020, has positioned itself as Italy's premier mobility hub due to its innovative business strategy and technological platform, which serves as a hub for rental firms, auto dealers, manufacturers, and end users. In just four years, the company has signed 18,000 contracts with over 8,800 consumers, formed partnerships with leading rental companies and over 70 dealers, and established a physical network of 20 locations across thirteen Italian regions.
