Valentina Ficaio has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Committee of the Adecco Group, beginning January 1, 2026, to succeed Coram Williams. Ficaio, an Italian national, joined the Adecco Group in 2019 as CFO of Iberia before taking on the role of regional CFO for Southern and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. She is currently the Group Senior Vice President of Finance, responsible for the Group's financial planning, management control, and strategy, giving her a holistic picture of the organization. After obtaining a degree in Business and Management Economics from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, she worked as a CFO in the automotive and banking industries.
