ITA Airways, Italy's premier airline, and Assocamerestero, the Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad, have entered into an agreement to facilitate the international mobility of enterprises within the Italian Chambers of Commerce network globally. The agreement will give over 20,000 members of the Assocamerestero network—present in 63 countries with 86 Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad—access to preferential business travel terms, making travel between Italy and major international destinations more efficient and accessible. The agreement specifically calls for the activation of exclusive corporate rates for all Assocamerestero members, which will be applicable on all routes covered by ITA Airways. "This agreement aligns perfectly with ITA Airways' strategy to enhance the global competitiveness of Italian companies by fostering sustainable and efficient business mobility aimed at strengthening Italy's industrial sector", stated Joerg Eberhart, CEO and General Manager of ITA Airways. "We are confident that this marks merely the initial stage of a productive partnership that will grow stronger in the years ahead".
