Zegna is reforming its leadership structure: Gildo Zegna will step aside from operational leadership and become Executive Chairman, while Gianluca Tagliabue, currently CFO and COO, will become CEO. The Zegna brand is being passed down to the fourth generation, with Gildo's sons, Edoardo and Angelo, becoming co-CEO. In his new position, Ermenegildo Zegna "will focus on safeguarding the legacy and identity of the Group's three brands—Zegna, Thom Browne, and Tom Ford Fashion—while promoting their long-term growth. He will also continue to oversee the textile division, as well as the general counsel, internal audit, and external relations activities, which include sustainability, investor relations, and corporate communications", according to a brand statement.
