Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Edward Scissorhands—iconic titles linked to director Tim Burton and actor Johnny Depp. But there's another name who has contributed significantly to their commercial success and, above all, to the indelible mark these films have left on the collective imagination and pop culture. This is Danny Elfman, iconic composer and Tim Burton collaborator for over 35 years, who over the course of his career has received four Oscar nominations, three Emmy Awards, and a Grammy. The show "DANNY ELFMAN'S Music from the Films of TIM BURTON," which will be held on July 1st at the Cavea of the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone in Rome, will be dedicated to him. And it will be Elfman himself who will interpret some of the most beloved cinematic moments, heightening the atmosphere and engaging the audience. The event will bring to life the atmosphere of unforgettable films, as well as the hit series “Wednesday,” for which the artist won an Emmy.
