The world's largest school mural will be inaugurated tomorrow in the gymnasium of the Borelli School in Naples. The work, twinned with the Guinness World Record mural created by artist Alessandro Ciambrone on the perimeter walls of the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison, is dedicated to "Naples European Capital of Sport 2026," to the Sports Champions of Campania, and to the Champions of Napoli Football, as part of the city's 2,500th anniversary celebrations. The project involved hundreds of students from twenty schools involved in promoting Campania's artistic and cultural heritage. They will be present at the event wearing football jerseys and carrying flags. The event is part of the Napoli Fringe Festival.
