Campari has finalized an agreement to sell Amaro Averna and Mirto di Sardegna Zedda Piras to Illva Saronno Holding, the owner of the renowned Disaronno and the historic Sicilian wines Florio and Duca di Salaparuta, among others. The entire value of the transaction is €100 million. The closing is scheduled in the first half of 2026. In 2025, Campari Group announced the divestment of an Australian production and co-packing facility in March and of Cinzano in June, collectively accounting for approximately 3% of Campari Group's net sales on a pro forma basis. Furthermore, in October, through Dioniso Group (the 50/50 joint venture with Moët Hennessy), it announced the transfer of Tannico to a private sector entity. The entire profits from these disposals, including the sale of Averna and Zedda Piras, surpass €210 million.
