The Pitti Immagine Uomo menswear show returns to Florence's Fortezza da Basso. The 109th edition, which runs till January 16, showcases 758 brands' Fall/Winter 2026-27 collections, 47% of which are foreign. The winter shows' theme is 'Motion,' which represents the vitality and diverse influences that this term inspires. The fair is divided into five sections: 'Fantastic Classic', 'Futuro Maschile', 'Dynamic Attitude', 'Superstyling', and 'I Go Out'. Pitti Uomo also introduces 'HiBeauty', a space born from Pitti Fragranze's experience dedicated exclusively to the world of sophisticated perfumery, which is one of this edition's most significant innovations. 'Futuro Maschile' presents a selection of ten independent brands, exemplifying a new trend that extends across Europe and reaches as far as Asia. This year's guests include Soshi Otsuki, designer of the Japanese brand that bears his name and recipient of the 2025 LVMH Prize; Hed Mayner, founder and creative director of the eponymous brand, exclusively produced in Italy; Shinyakozuka, a Tokyo-based designer recognized for his meticulous approach to form and proportion; and the Chinese producer Consinee.
