Moncler's organizational structure is being strengthened with the entrance of Bartolomeo "Leo" Rongone, who will take over as CEO on April 1, 2026, leaving Bottega Veneta (Kering). This newly established structure appoints Remo Ruffini as Executive Chairman, where he will maintain oversight of creative direction and continue to play a principal role in the governance and strategic leadership of the group. "This decision was made with a forward-looking perspective and I regard it as a natural progression of our corporate structure, particularly in consideration of a potential future generational transition", stated Ruffini. Among the changes is the departure of Roberto Eggs, who will step down as Chief Business & Global Market Officer on March 1, 2026.
