In a European market that is marked by persistent uncertainty and a loss of approximately 3 million vehicles in comparison to 2019, Stellantis has reaffirmed its key role by leveraging its traditional strengths and identifying new opportunities. Stellantis registered 2,421,571 automobiles in 2025, maintaining its strong second-place position. Emanuele Cappellano, Stellantis COO for Greater Europe, stated: "Despite ongoing market disruptions and obvious weakness in demand, Stellantis has confirmed its second-place position among the major players in the automotive business at the end of its first five years, maintaining a significant gap with its competitors. This is undoubtedly the result of a strategy that is founded on our established assets, such as our traditional leadership in the competitive commercial vehicle market, where Stellantis has three models in the top ten sales. Or, like our competitiveness in the A segments, where the Fiat Panda holds a nearly 24% market share, and the B-SUV segment (with over 2.5 million total registrations in 2025), where Stellantis has a market share of over 20%. Along with these established accomplishments, Stellantis has set a new standard for leadership in the hybrid car area, displacing competitors with far greater expertise in this industry".
