The creator economy sector has become one of the vital hubs of contemporary work, according to Italy’s National Social Security Institute (INPS), which took part in the event “We Are Creator Economy,” the first National Symposium dedicated to the creator economy. The gathering focused on a market that moves languages, informs millions of people, and grows at a rate that no institution can ignore. Three hundred million professionals are predicted to grow to nearly 550 million by 2027, and in Italy, many brands rely on them for communication. This economic sector is worth more than €4 billion per year in Italy, accounting for more than 60% of total online advertising earnings and supporting an estimated 52,000 full-time equivalent jobs.
