Brunello Cucinelli is anticipated to experience a 10% increase in revenue in 2026, following its €1.4 billion revenue in 2025. "Orders have already been received; it has been an exceptional season", emphasizes the entrepreneur, who will depart for New York on April 14 to introduce the documentary "Brunello, the Gentle Visionary" to the United States. The documentary, directed by Oscar winner Giuseppe Tornatore, will tour the world in 2026. Cucinelli's narration in the film takes the audience on a journey through the various locations, memories, inspirations, and melancholies of a lifetime, alternating between the lightness of an eternal boy and immersion in the emotional states of the individual and society. Among the film's more modern characteristics is its message to young people, which Tornatore regards as critical: "His story is useful because it is not a straight tale of victory. It's the story of a boy who wasn't sure what to do, made mistakes, and wandered. It's an illustration of how destiny only shines when you stop imitating it and begin creating it". And this is perhaps what Brunello, the gentle visionary, best conveys: that below the international image of the "king of cashmere" is a guy who has always believed in the creative force of dreams. "Life is poetry or it isn't", argues Cucinelli, and the film appears to respond that when poetry meets work, it results in success.
