In 2025, the FS Group's operating revenues were 17.3 billion euros, up 4% from the previous year, with excellent results in all business divisions. Ebitda increased to roughly €2.4 billion (+6% from 2024), indicating the robustness of operations, while Ebit remained at €350 million, up marginally (+2%). Following a 208 million loss in 2024, the net result returns to positive territory, hitting 30 million euros, primarily due to Ebitda growth. According to CEO and General Manager Stefano Antonio Donnarumma, "2025 represents an important milestone in the development path of the FS Italiane Group; the results, in fact, show a return to profit, accompanied by a record level of technical investments, totalling more than 18 billion euros, and constantly growing revenues".
