The Ferrarelle Group, Italy's third-largest company in the HoReCa (bars, restaurants, and out-of-home) sector in terms of value and volume, intends to increase its market share in the United States by offering flavored waters. Additionally, the company intends to extend its domestic market by offering soft drinks and canned waters. "We have established a turnover growth target of approximately 4% for 2026", explains Marco Pesaresi, the general manager of Ferrarelle, which presently operates exclusively in the restaurant sector in the United States. Next July, the company will introduce flavored waters in cans to the large-scale retail channel, a fast expanding category overseas. In Italy, new soft drinks are expected, including a premium line created with high-quality ingredients and devoid of preservatives: lemonade made with Sicilian lemons, orangeade made with Calabrian citrus fruits, Savona chinotto, and soda.
