Today we celebrate May Day. The Workers' Day in Italy has a long history of mobilization and social commitment. After the Second World War, May 1st officially became a national holiday, celebrated not only as a day of rest, but also as a moment to commemorate past struggles and reflect on workers' rights. Today, it is a day when demonstrations, marches, and concerts take place, mainly promoted by trade unions and workers' organizations. It's an opportunity to reaffirm the values of solidarity, social justice, and the dignity of labor, as well as to highlight the challenges and issues still present in the world of work.
Our newsletter will pause today and resume its normal service tomorrow.
