Kimi Antonelli confirmed his dominance in the Formula One season. After securing his third consecutive pole position, he also claimed his third straight victory at the Miami Grand Prix, at the end of an intense and dramatic race. After a lengthy battle, the young driver triumphed against Lando Norris, exhibiting excellent maturity and race management once more. Oscar Piastri also secured a podium finish, while Charles Leclerc, who was a strong contender until a few circuits before the finish, was relegated to sixth place after making a mistake. The race was intense from the start, with a Safety Car deployed after two near-simultaneous incidents. Between collisions, spins, and comebacks—such as that of Max Verstappen—there was no shortage of action. With this victory, Antonelli extends his championship lead to 100 points over colleague George Russell. The season is still lengthy, but the message is clear.
