Jorge Martin wins the French Grand Prix after winning the Sprint Race on Saturday, giving Aprilia a record hat-trick at Le Mans. With three laps remaining, the 2024 world champion surpasses his colleague Marco Bezzecchi and secures his inaugural victory with the Noale manufacturer. Ai Ogura also finished on the podium with Trackhouse Aprilia, capping off a superb day for the Italian brand. In the championship battle, Martin drastically closes the title gap on Bezzecchi, leaving the two separated by only one point in the overall standings. Behind the Aprilias, Fabio Di Giannantonio finished fourth as the first Ducati rider to cross the finish line, ahead of Pedro Acosta and Fabio Quartararo. It was instead a bitter race for Francesco Bagnaia, who crashed while battling for a podium finish.
