2026 begins with a new record for Poste Italiane's logistics, which delivered 89 million parcels between January and March, representing a 14.6% increase over the same time in 2025. The number of deliveries made by Poste Italiane postmen continues to rise rapidly: 38 million, a 21.9% increase over the previous year, demonstrating a well-defined strategy. Postmen's deliveries are thus steadily increasing, in accordance with the strategic plan "The Connecting Platform", which is planned to account for two-thirds of total volume by 2028, thanks in part to the launch of the new directly operated courier network. Postmen and postwomen are becoming increasingly important in Poste Italiane's e-commerce operations, in keeping with an increasingly green strategy based on a fleet of 30,000 low-emission vehicles, 6,200 of which are totally eco-friendly.
