"I love Rome. I believe it is one of the most beautiful cities, if not the most beautiful city ever". So remarked Tom Holland, the star of Destin Daniel Cretton's "Spider-Man: Brand New Day", the upcoming adventure featuring the Marvel superhero, which hits theaters on July 29. Holland and his wife, Zendaya, who plays Mary Jane, the superhero's ex-girlfriend, attended the film's premiere at Castel Sant'Angelo in Rome. “It’s always fun to return and explore who these characters have become and what more we can bring to them each time. They’ve matured, and so have we", said the Euphoria and Dune star. "Brand New Day" opens in a world where no one remembers Spider-Man. Peter Parker is at the inception of a new phase of his life, as he is torn between his university studies, a part-time employment, and the responsibilities of the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man who continues to watch over New York. As a mysterious force spreads chaos across the city, Peter must also confront a strange mutation affecting his body and a surprising evolution of his powers.
