More than 6.3 million dog and cat owners are taking their pets on vacation this summer. According to a survey commissioned by the EMG research institute and conducted by Facile.it, a company that is a comparison, promotion, and brokerage site for insurance, financial products, electricity, gas, fiber optics, and long-term car rentals, this is the case. But what are the owners' key concerns when traveling? Over 5.2 million pet owners (38.8%) are concerned about their pet becoming lost, 36.3% are concerned about their dog or cat becoming ill during the trip, and 28.5% are concerned about their four-legged friend not properly adjusting to their new environment.
