The successful completion of the annual surveillance audit for Leonardo’s ISO 37001 certification, issued by RINA, confirms the strength and effectiveness of the Company’s Anti-Bribery Management System. It also reflects Leonardo’s continued commitment to enhancing its governance framework in line with international best practices.
The process of aligning with the new ISO 37001:2025 Standard represents a further step forward in the development of the internal control and risk management system, strengthening an approach increasingly focused on a culture of compliance. The assessments conducted by the external certification body confirmed the effectiveness of the controls implemented by Leonardo to prevent bribery and corruption. They also recognised the Company’s ability to address emerging economic and social challenges in a structured manner, including those related to climate change and the prevention and management of conflicts of interest.
