Bynario, an Italian cybersecurity firm, has successfully completed a €2.1 million funding round. The firm's researchers employed sophisticated AI models to identify vulnerabilities in Apple operating systems. Bynario is a cybersecurity business created in Milan in late 2025 by Alfredo Pesoli, Giancarlo Russo, Marco Valleri, Alberto Ornaghi, and Lorenzo Cavallaro. Bynario's research has underscored "the rapid expansion of AI capabilities in vulnerability research and the subsequent obstacles that enterprises face in comprehending, prioritizing, and resolving vulnerabilities simultaneously". The funds will be used to speed the development of Bynario's AI platform, grow the workforce, and meet enterprise demand for software protection.
