The "Italian Equity Champions" conference, a recent event organized by Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, led by Mauro Micillo, has once again brought listed Italian companies to the forefront of the United States. The conference's objective is to facilitate communication between international investors and high-growth Italian companies. The event, held in New York, one of the world's main financial hubs, brought together 15 publicly traded Italian companies to meet with over 50 of the largest US institutional investors, representing 39 investment firms, for a total of about 150 meetings. ACEA, Ariston, Azimut Holding, Banca Ifis, Brembo, CNH, De' Longhi, Eni, Maire, Officina Stellare, OVS, Piaggio, Reply, Sanlorenzo, and Technogym all participated in the initiative, which provided a valuable opportunity for direct discussion on the growth prospects of internationally oriented Italian groups as well as the opportunities offered by the Italian market for American investors.
