For the second year in a row, Lavazza has maintained its position as the top employer in Italy's Best Employers ranking. De Cecco, another food company, and FinecoBank, both with scores of 9.68 out of 10, fill out the list. These are the results of the survey conducted by Statista on behalf of Corriere.it. Italy's Best Employers only includes enterprises in any field that have more than 250 employees in Italy. The survey is conducted through an online panel and a questionnaire published by Corriere.it: Employees provide anonymous responses, specifying whether they would recommend their employer to a family member or acquaintance and whether they would recommend other companies in the same sector (the former dimension is more significant than the latter in the final score calculation). After Lavazza, De Cecco, and FinecoBank, which share the top three, the list includes the Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori, the Gabetti real estate firm, the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples, and the Bank of Italy.
