The joint Italian-Indian workshop on mitigating the risks to cultural heritage will take place on December 4th and 5th in New Delhi. The event was organised by the Department of Science and Technology of the Government of India, the Italian Embassy in New Delhi, and the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur. The seminar will focus on natural disasters such as earthquakes and landslides and their possible impact on cultural heritage. Prevention policies and emergency management strategies will be discussed with key scientists and stakeholders from Italy and India. The seminar is an ideal forum for exchanging experiences, best practices, and views to strengthen scientific cooperation and joint activities between Italy and India. (Red)
