(9colonne) Seeds & Chips, The Global Food Innovation Summit has signed a joint venture agreement with the Specialty Food Association - the American organisation sponsor of the Fancy Food Show, America's most famous and oldest food festival. Starting from the double 2018 edition and for the next three years, Seeds & Chips will be present at the Fancy Food Show with various programmes, innovations, and spaces. Specialty Food Association has therefore chosen Seeds & Chips as a partner for innovation. Fancy Food Show, the most important American fair dedicated to food, has been the reference point for the whole sector on a global level for 65 years.  Every year the fair includes two special events - the first in the winter season and the second during the summer.
